Our team will verify your payment within 2–3 working days and update your registration status.

Step 3: Confirmation

You will receive a formal registration confirmation email with your unique delegate ID and further instructions.

Step 4: E-Ticket

Your conference e-ticket / QR code badge will be emailed closer to the conference date for check-in at the venue.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before January 31, 2027: 75% refund (25% processing fee retained).
February 1–28, 2027: 50% refund.
After March 1, 2027: No refund. Registered delegates may transfer their registration to a colleague.
Conference cancellation due to force majeure: Full refund or credit transfer to next IABSCON.
